Your Acceptance

This is an agreement between CardSpace, the owner and operator of www.meetcard.space (the "CardSpace website"), the CardSpace app software the "CardSpace Service", or the "Service", or "App" and you ("you" or "You"), a user of the Service. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, AND CARDSPACE PRIVACY POLICY. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you may not use the Service.

Loyalty rewards cards

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, CardSpace hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install and Use the App on Your mobile device. This licence is in respect of Your Use of the App only, provided that: (i) your use of the Service as permitted is solely for your personal, non-commercial use; (ii) you will not duplicate, transfer, give access to, copy or distribute any part of the Service in any medium without CardSpace’s prior written authorization; (iii) you will not attempt to reverse engineer, alter or modify any part of the Service; and (iv) you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.


In order to access and use the features of the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you will have to provide CardSpace with your loyalty card number. When providing your loyalty card number, you must provide accurate and complete information. You may never use another person's loyalty card number without their consent for the Service.


We will use our reasonable endeavors to make the App available to You at all times, but We cannot guarantee an uninterrupted or fault free service.We reserve the right to make changes to the App or part thereof from time to time including without limitation, the removal, modification and/or variation of any elements, features, and functionalities of the App.You acknowledge You will not be able to access and Use certain functionalities of the App unless You have internet access through a GPRS, 3G or Wi-Fi connected mobile device.


All traffic charges or access charges incurred due to the Use of the App are subject to Your agreed terms with your mobile network provider.Without prejudice to our other rights and remedies, We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or disable your access to the App at any time without notice to You in the event you breach any of the provisions herein.In the event that We, in Our sole discretion, considers that you are making any illegal and/or unauthorised use of the App, and/or your Use of the App is in breach of these Terms, We reserve the right to take any action that it deems necessary, including terminating without notice Your Use of the App and, in the case of illegal use, instigating legal proceedings.
We reserve the right to make any changes to the App or to discontinue any aspect or feature of the App without notice to You.

Privacy Policy

With the following information, we would like to give you an overview of the processing of your personal data within the scope of the installation and usage of the "Cardspace" mobile application (hereinafter referred to as app) and your rights from data protection laws.

What sources and data do we use?

Card data: To be able to use the functions of the app, you have to provide your loyalty card and customer number from a card provider. This card data is converted for the contractually agreed upon purposes, this means into the respective barcode, and then used within the scope of the app as well as to protect against abuse and - if additionally agreed upon - the provision of other services.

Usage data: If you use the app, we collect and save how you use the card (for example, card used, time, number of points).

Location data: If you allow the app to access the location function on your mobile device, Cardspace is entitled to use the corresponding location data (so-called location-based data) to design the app as needed, to deliver location-related information and for advertising. Cardspace only accesses this data in an anonymous form. There is no further usage or sharing of this location-based data from the respective user. For the location-based data, the Cardspace app uses the GPS module from the mobile device, the IP address or cellular network data (cell ID) from the respective user.
We also use the previously listed data in an anonymized form for market research and to create anonymized statistics.

If you consent to the respective data processing within the scope of the app, we can process and use your data for the respectively specified purposes:

Registration data: When applying for a new loyalty card, usually your name and your email address and any other mandatory information are needed (basic data). This basic data and further voluntarily disclosed data (for example, telephone number) is collected, saved and used by Cardspace within the scope of the registration of the respective loyalty card. The basic data, any voluntary information and, if necessary, their changes (application data) will be sent to the partner company by Cardspace for the further processing and issuing of the respective customer card where you apply for the respective customer card. If you have agreed to have your application data forwarded to a partner company, this consent also applies to other customer cards that you apply for through the app. Any transfer of personal data to third parties going beyond this only occurs - except in the case of a concrete suspicion of abuse - if and provided that you have given Cardspace separate consent to this transmission. Furthermore, the customer card conditions from the respective partner apply, which are linked correspondingly and you have given separate consent.

Interface data: if you have logged into your user account from a card provider through the app, we will collect and save the respective point status and the shared transactions or other offers provided to you (such as card-linked coupons or personalized offers). The respective login data is saved to ensure easy access to this interface or other interfaces in the future where you can also use this login data.

Personalized offers: If you consent to the delivery of personalized offers from our partner companies (for example, rebate coupons), we can share your card number with general information about your usage of the app with the respective card provider so that we can send you personalized offers (including card-linked coupons) through the app or through other electronic channels (for example, by email or messenger).
